We the inhabitants of the planet earth agree to establish war free safe zones to prevent human extinction and preserve all the achievements (knowledge, discovery, technology, research and educational resources) of human civilization till today.
We accept and recognize Australia, New Zealand and South Pole as war free safe zones on earth. All of us and all other countries in the world will always protect our recognized safe zones from any types of damage.
